Self-Host / Server

Run the Sendity verification backend yourself.

Self-hosting is for teams that want to operate the API, challenge lifecycle, app registry and incoming proof handling in their own infrastructure. The browser and framework integration model stays the same.

Server responsibilities

A Sendity server owns the parts that must not live in the browser: apps, allowed origins, client secrets, channel configuration, challenge expiry, incoming-message verification and signed-result issuance.

  • Expose the API endpoints used by the Client and framework adapters.
  • Validate origins and channel destinations from server-side app configuration.
  • Issue short-lived signed results that host applications can verify before creating sessions.
